Evening Courier Award - Oct 10

We have now discovered that we have been made finalists of the Halifax Evening Courier Innovation of the Year Award for our LEAP process and the ceremony is on the same day as the CIWM ceremony - anyone know a good headache cure for the morning after that night before!

CIWM Awards - Sep 10

We were delighted to discover that the Chartered Institute of Waste Management (CIWM) have made us finalists in their 2010 Award for Sustainable Product Development of the Year for our new LEAP process: here's hoping when the winner is announced in November!

Innovator 10 - 11 Mar 10

Crompton Mouldings is delighted to have been a finalist in the Innovator 10 award against strong competition throughout Yorkshire and Humberside.

This success has helped reinforce the potential of our innovative process. We have spent the last couple of years quietly progressing this novel means of taking a large variety of waste material and turning into high spec panels and have already won a large 3 year contract as a result. The award comes at a perfect time: just as we are seeking to move from this initial success to broadening the process to provide its benefits to other clients and industries.

Innovator 10 - Jan 10

We were delighted to be informed that we have been shortlisted as one of 3 finalists in the Innovation in Action section of awards given to companies in the Yorkshire and Humber region for their innovative products or services. We will find out who has won at an awards ceremony in Leeds City Museum in March.

Team Building - 12 December 2009

To celebrate another successful year all members of staff (with a couple of notable exceptions) took part in challenging go-karting event when our competitive instincts were very much to the fore!

Carbon Trust Seminar - 3 December 2009

Crompton Mouldings took a stand at the Carbon Trust Seminar in Harrogate to market our carbon reduction process and share our expereinces to date with other interested parties

Low Carbon Best Practice Exchange - 11 June 2009

Crompton Mouldings are delighted to have been selected to represent Yorkshire at the Olympia Conference Centre in London in June and in December at the CO2 Sense exhibition in Harrogate. Both these events will give us the opportunity to develop our low carbon initiatives and identify partners to capitalise on the accruing benefits.

New Look 2009 - 6 January 2009

We felt New Year 2009 deserved a fresh approach and therefore now have a new image - where once we were biaxially rotating, we now offer our own gold seal of approval! Crompton Mouldings has a new web site, our staff has uniforms to match, and all our signs and stationery have been given the makeover. We trust you approve!
