We were very proud to be invited to Meet Prince Andrew, yesterday. The discussion was aimed at Young People and apprenticeships, and the importance of giving people a chance to learn, gain experience and the loyalty to the company that this route generates. Very often companies looking to expand insist on 2 - 3 years experience, but how can young people gain this experience without being given a chance? This is something we take very seriously at Crompton Mouldings, reflected in our extremely low staff turnover, and our continuous training programme.

Many thanks to Leeds City Region for organising this event, which I am sure will be the springboard for helping the huge talent pool of young People in Yorkshire play their part in our economic recovery.
