Crompton Mouldings has two hot air carousel moulders:

Both Alan Yorke HB 260 with the capability to manufacture products up to 2.6m in length and approximately 1m³ in volume.

We use a wide range of aluminum and steel tools.

A sensible production planning parameter would be up to 150 products per tool per week.

Crompton Mouldings is able to utilise a wide range of engineering polymers. Our
standard material is medium density
polyethylene, we are able to mould polypropylene, polycarbonate and an
increasing range of fully recycled materials. We can also encapsulate other materials into a polymer skin to provide a range of specific engineering properties. We will often specify the right materials for your project bearing in mind your performance criteria.
